Returns are accepted within 30 days only for unused, uninstalled items in complete original packaging.
Custom-made items are excluded from returns.
For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return freight. The seller pays for incorrect items, items damaged on arrival, or verified manufacturing defects.
Consumable tools have limited 12-month coverage for manufacturing defects only. This is not a guarantee of service life; normal wear and misuse are excluded.
Claims for used products require a technical review.
Replacement or store credit is provided first. A refund is offered when necessary or required by law.
